[ Bug Report ] Very slow update status on the frontend (and github status)

Describe the bug
After notary propose to a LDN, the registry suppose to update and show Approval 1, and GitHub status suppose to add/remove some tags. None of these are happening now. I noticed a few LDNs have wrong status (approved but still ready to sign).
