From what I can tell, that link is still setting the cookie as expected - it's
just not showing the "download manager installed" message as it used to do.
Once the cookie is set, it should allow you to download albums as always. (In
the US, however, when I last checked it about a week ago, it was refusing to
let you download if you had a "Linux" user agent - see issue #36. Some folks
are reporting that this is not [currently] the case for amazon.de.)

I get the same message (MP3 music not available to users outside Germany) from
a another computer running Windows. It must have to do with my Amazon
account...I will contact Amazon customer support.

Amazon Customer Support has replied: My purchase is denied because I am using a
foreign credit card, their technicians seems to be working on a solution (it
used to work ´til now though, someone must have broken something in Amazon...).

It would be nice if they were able to correct the error message too, I don´t
think their geolocation code is using my credit card info to locate me :)

Regards

really it is a helpful post..For similar types of problem, I use a secret
<ahref="http://techtipsatfree.blogspot.com/2013/04/free-download-internet-downlo
ad-manager.html"> free download manager </a>
rather than idm for smooth and fast consistent download.
