Can't get to the point where an .amz file downloadable after purchase #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Purchase
2. Click on your link on the project home page to get to download button
3. This brings you back to a amazon page that says "download amazon downloader" 
or "Cancel purchase"

What is the expected output?
The ability to just download the .amz file and then use your utility to 
download it.

What do you see instead?
a amazon page that says "download amazon downloader" or "Cancel purchase"



What version of the product are you using?
clamz-0.4

On what operating system?
Fedora 14

If you're trying to purchase one of the "deluxe" albums (which may include 
videos, "digital booklets", or other supplementary stuff), those don't work 
correctly with older versions of the official Amazon downloader.  They work 
fine with clamz, but you need to set a special cookie in your web browser, by 
visiting the following URL:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/dmusic/after_download_manager_install.html?AMDVersion=1
.0.9

(Although there are links in various places you can click on, saying things 
like "Click here if you have already installed the latest version of the Amazon 
MP3 Downloader", none of those links actually work, as far as I can tell.)

Please let me know if this works, or if you have any further problems.
