Muted player's messages appear after user sends a new message in game

Expected behaviour

I muted a player in a public press game. I expected not to see their messages at all.

Actual behaviour

When loading the page normally, I do not see the muted player's messages. However, after I compose a new message and press "Send," the chat seems to reload and the muted messages appear anyway.

Steps to reproduce

Mute a player who has sent messages in a (public press?) game.
Send a message in the game.
Muted player's messages are shown again in the chat.
