Add support for arbitrary record length

It appears that the Intel HEX Format extension currently only works with Intel HEX files using 16 byte data records.

The Intel HEX files output by the avrdude utility use 32 byte data records, as per the attached screen shot, so the syntax highlighting, etc. don't seem to work as expected.
