Looking for a new maintainer

The Git history makes it apparent that I don't have the time to maintain the maya package and haven't been able to do so for a long time.

In case you have an interest in maintaining it, please let me know and I'm sure we can arrange something!

@timofurrer hi there. I have been looking over the repository the last couple of days, and I would be more than willing to take over the maintainment of maya.
You are more than welcome to take a look at my profile, to see what I've done before. But most notable I can say that I have, in the past, also taken over maintainment of pypandoc, a very critical package (according to the Python Package Index), where I modernized it, updated it, improved tests, adding feature requests and much more.

What do you think about starting with some contributions and going further we can talk about the permissions & ownership etc ?
