Iterator for continuos datetimes #115

I recently wrote this iterator on StackOverflow for generating continuos datetime objects: https://stackoverflow.com/a/48136062/2063361

I think it will be a great fit for Maya. Should we be adding this? If so, let me know, I've a pull request ready ;)

Infact we may use the rrule from the dateutil to make it better: http://dateutil.readthedocs.io/en/stable/rrule.html

Let me know if it suits. I'll raise the pull requests after making the desired changes for the Maya specific objects.
