'server name' field empty

I have been trying to run an inventory on all sql server on the network but in the report the server name column is empty on all but the 1st tab (Server Overview) and the 'Server Config - General' only lists 2 servers with some instances.
Every other tab only lists the 1st server found in the 1st row with the rest of the rows having a blank server name.
There are 27 sql servers in total.
