Thanks for reporting, I was about to do it myself. Basically, they’re updating the site daily to block the use of Mihon/Tachiyomi, claiming it undermines their work and that reading through their site is the right way. But the site is a complete mess, full of invasive porn ads. Paying for VIP access isn’t an option for everyone, even if it’s cheap, and let’s face it, it’s still piracy. Anyway, thanks again for quickly reporting the issue!

Thanks for the quick report! There will probably be an update to sussy every day or a way to completely stop these "attacks" from them... Unfortunately there isn't much we can do to help the extension developers with this other than the reports...

There have been similar cases in the late Tachiyomi. The devs who dealt with the extensions called it a "cat and mouse" strategy. On one hand, the site makes it difficult to obtain these chapters. On the other hand, the devs go through this barrier. The end, unfortunately, is none other than the withdrawal of the extension as in these previous cases of the late Tachiyomi. It's just a matter of time.
