The shortcut within the application does not work even though the website associated with the shortcut works in WebView This problem has been around for a long time, but I was waiting for the next updates to solve it, but it has not been solved yet.

1. The source/website is still alive, so it's not a "Source is down". That's only when the website is completely shut down or deleted.
2. The extension hasn't been updated to the new URL (the one you wrote above), so it's broken until someone has the time to contribute a fix. It's already been reported before, so it's a duplicate of Rocks Manga source update #6971 if you had made the right issue request.

You just have to wait for a fix or migrate to a different source.
