I added another i18n fix. The Argon2 selection source string was untranslatable, because it contained Unicode characters. |

Alright, another update. It was of course not just the Unicode character, but predominantly us dummies trying to get translated text from a static context. I fixed it, it works now. With proper UTF-8 decoding even with non-ASCII characters. |

Description
Despite a previous fix, qtbase translations were not loaded in 2.3.0. This patch fixes this issue.
Also fixes cipher/KDF translations not being applied.
Motivation and context
Qt standard widgets were not translated.
How has this been tested?
Manually, by selecting a language other than English.
