Browser addon connect button not working for new connections

Summary

Attempting to create a new connection to the database (after deleting the old) is not working.

Steps to reproduce.

Install as per the install instructions
Once working - open browser add-on settings, select Connected Databases, and delete connection.
The press the "connect" button to re-add the database connection.

Expected result:

The database popup would be displayed as in Step 6 and 7 in the instructions

Actual result:

No pop up appears and it's not possible to add it.

Additional Information

Started after upgrade to Fedora 37 which broke the connection to Firefox but not chromium.
After removing working connection from chromium, it too did not display a popup.

• A video of the steps is available on request.
• All other add-ons were disabled.
• Trying to reinstall the application, and add-on, never restores the setup to a "clean install" as described in the install instructions

The application Settings > Browser Integration > Application Settings > [Enabled] Enable browser Integration, was selected but on rechecking it got unselected again.

On setting this option make sure you closing the application and keep reopening it to confirm the settings are enabled..
