Project recall path is being set by active Reaper project, instead of the originating project (if different).

I've encountered a bug whereby the project recall path that is assigned to the imported asset is different from the project that it's originated from. You can replicate this is if you have two project tabs open, add something to the render queue, switch projects then open up and use the WAAPI. The reaper project that gets written into the notes is the currently selected Reaper project, not the original project.
