Windows: game_hot_reload.exe not starting game

Hello! Thanks for taking the effort of creating this very necessary tool 🙌

I built the game_hot_reload.exe as per the documentation, however when executing this, it gets stuck in this part, not opening any window or progressing in any form:

I'm using Windows 11. If I execute the game.exe it works as expected.

How strange! I've never seen this problem. It works here. Perhaps you can run it with a debugger and see where it gets stuck?
