Search of deep nested files

Background

A core feature is to have a way to search through the "Notes root" directory and open the relevant notes. On top of that, we need to it will be great if we can find notes under sub-directories of the main "Notes Root" directory.

AIM

Be able to find deeply nested notes. As:

Having Notes Root: /Users/bob/notes
Note Files:

• (1) /Users/bob/notes/note.md
• (2) /Users/bob/notes/subdirectory/nested.md

Currently, only (1) can be found through search. We want (2) to be included in the search list as well.
