太多次http发送消息返回的是成功，但事实上消息根本没发，咋破 #31

如题，无任何异常，同样的成功过的消息，只是多发了几次，http请求是成功的，但是微信消息压根没发，过一会再试又可以，漏掉消息概率太高了咋办，请求评率也不高，也就几分钟一次，这要是错过一条消息又没有正确反馈结果很难受的，没有啥补充办法吗

就这个圈，他能转一天，是我服务器网络的问题吗？还是程序造成的没发成功呢，这年代有这么差的网让微信都发不成功的吗，太频繁了的出现这个转圈了

刚怀疑我服务器网络有问题，我腾讯云换了个50M带宽的又试了试，依然无限转圈，那铁定是程序有问题了
