Conversion speed / 404 error / converted djvu size

Hello Jakob,

not an issue but rather a couple questions:

a) Sometimes the conversion appears to be fairly slow (several seconds for one page) and sometimes it is a lot faster (several pages/second). How does that come? Is there anything I can do about it?

b) the "bugtracker"-link on your homepage returns a 404

c) Issue #96 (output djvu-file is (a lot) bigger than the source pdf) is something that I noticed a couple of times. I never thought much about it as I guessed that it may have something to do with the source file (which I didn't create). Is there anything I can do with such files in order to make a smaller djvu out of it?
