Both GUI elements flash in 2-player race/duel #105

If you play a 2-player race or duel and a player manages to make a GUI element flash, it will always flash on both player's screens.

One player goes into pit stop: Both car GUI icons flash
One player beats the lap record: Both lap record times flash
One player beats the race record: Both race times flash
