Speaker not working

I’m using the onju-voice firmware on a custom PCB (Board V3). The device successfully connects to Wi-Fi, announces itself to the server, and receives TTS audio data (as shown in the logs). However, there’s no audible sound from the speaker.

Here’s a snippet of the relevant logs:
Received audio with mic timeout of 10 seconds and volume of 13
Initial buffer filled. totalSamplesRead: 8304
Done loading audio in buffers in 150ms
Set mic_timeout to 36558
