I installed the latest ConnectWise updates this morning, and now our lunch integration is inserting the wrong information. Time entries are being inserted with the correct time, but the date is coming in as 1900-01-01. Screen shot attached.
The time entries show correctly in ConnectWise (screenshot):
But sort improperly on the time sheet view (screenshot):
The only change is the update this morning to 2019.5.68056, so I am guessing CW introduced a bug in the time API. Posting here to confirm and as an FYI

I've sent in a request to ConnectWise on this and will update you as I have more information. I was able to confirm this on our system as well after fully updating, and it seems to be a bug as the API still shows the correct dates despite the database showing 1900.
Thank you for confirming. I've sent in two tickets for clarification on any changes made to the time API and both were closed with canned responses about the ClientID.
