Feature Request: New Symbol like @ to return link that doesn't notify. #79

A symbol similar to @ but only renders the user/group/whatever link and does not issue a notification.

Benefits:

Autotyping [@]unreadableusername
Tracing
Custom labels (our admin made this work to issue alter egos during a forum game) @dude^{, The}
Forum Faq: The site mods are [@]mods. Admins are [@]admins.
I believe that [@]user is a spammer, look through his posts.
Please request invite to [@]group to participate.
