There are found several issues related to builds/tests on Windows e.g. #93, #92 . Unfortunately Travis does not support Windows [1]. One of the option is usage of Appveyor [2] to have builds on Windows.
Such projects as jline, spark and others use Appveyor.
I could provide initial appveyor.yml however it needs some actions from owner/collaborator (not sure) side also
