This release supports an updated (and incompatible) definition of the USE_VIS and USE_T3 input parameters, as well as new input parameters AUTO_WGT, FLUX and FLUXERR. The USE_VIS and USE_T3 parameters now take a string with one of the following values: ALL, NONE, AMP, or PHI.

These changes track recent modifications to the interface standard defined at https://github.com/emmt/OI-Imaging-JRA .
