I'm sharing exbuilder, a tool my lab created to help researchers learn to use docker containers for reproducible research.

One of the things exbuilder is designed to do is to help you learn to leverage docker containers to deploy your experiments on your own server. We've created a few tutorials to walk through how you'd do this. :)
