The sort documentation is difficult to link to, especially from Markdown documents, due to the use of parentheses in the anchor ID:

https://stedolan.github.io/jq/manual/#sort,sort_by(path_expression)

Could we select more straightforward ID's for these sections, such as splitting up the sections into #sort and #sort_by?
