Looking at the code, it doesn't seem possible to reload the full config for the teamd daemon.
teamdctl allows to push some new port config, but not the whole, like eg. changing the runner or the TX hash.

Is there any possibility of implementing this, or is it simply better to restart the teamd daemon totally? I'm looking for a way to dynamically change some params without losing the team0 interface.

Woops, seems to be a duplicate of #53, sorry.
