[Suggest] player head icon API change

i found the China player cannot use squaremap default heads-url (maybe the GFW already banned this URL), can we used the same API with dynmap? that's API can work good in China

这个可以在配置文件中修改的，可以自定义使用哪个api，config文件中搜索 uid 然后就有了，话说dynmap的api是哪个啊？
