I found a longer list of these parameters in this related issue: brave/brave-browser#41739

I'm hesitant to add generic names like ei to our list of stripped patterns because we don't do any site-base logic, which means we don't have a way to make this Google Search-specific. I'd worry we could break other sites that use ei for their own functionality.
