Glowing Lamps are disapearing with mod changes

Every time I update a mod or remove a mod, almost all Glowing lamps I added disappears and I do have approx 1500 lamps added into the game. I solve it with a blueprint where I save all lamps and their wire connections as a couple of blueprints but I rather see that I do not need to add all lamps every time I make mod changes. ;)
