Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

If you run npm run docs:dev and update a file, the new file contents show up correctly
But if you create a new file while npm run docs:dev is running, it won't appear in the sidebar

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Make a new file while npm run docs:dev is running and it won't show up in the sidebar

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

The file should appear in the sidebar

Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: [e.g. Windows 10]
  • Browser [e.g. Chrome, Safari]

Hello, thank you for using vitepress-sidebar.

This is a hot reload issue with Vite + VitePress and unfortunately there is currently no way to fix it in vitepress-sidebar.

I'll open an issue to help others figure this out, but until we have a solution in the near future, you may need to manually restart the server.
