Any plans to move to manifest v3?

@johnmichel - thanks for making this useful Chrome Extension, and keeping it alive and working for many years.

If seems like we soon won't be able to install library-detector from the Chrome Web Store.

While I'm hoping there's plans to support manifest v3, I'm assuming there's no plans :(
Does anyone know of a similar extension that's using manifest v3?
