I don't like that the Foliate home screen only shows me 19 books in the Library View, when there is both space to show more and more books in my Library.
Describe the solution you'd like
The Library should default to showing more books, set to a configurable upper limit in the settings.
Describe alternatives you've considered
No limit, just fill the screen completely before showing the "Load more" button.

As I mentioned in #396, having to hit "show more" over a DOZEN times just to get towards the end of my (still partial) library is extremely frustrating and painful.
At end of #396 John mentioned a fix/mitigation was awaiting GTK4 port. So be it. Still, I also believe at least allowing users an adjustable batch size now could also significantly mitigate the issue for users (while waiting for GTK4 port of Foliate is done). It'd certainly mitigate my pain of having to press "show more" so very many times, and I'm sure there are other folks (with as many or more ebooks as I have) who feel similarly, just by how often variants of this arise. Please consider it as a stopgap until GTK4 port is ready?
Thanks, love Foliate, greatly appreciate it otherwise, but "show more" is single-handedly worsening my RSI quite a bit.
