Play audio files where they are included in the note

Is it possible to support the following types of audio files?

• Local audio files
• Audio files in the form of a link to the cloud drive, e.g. Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.
• Audio files from Podcast sources, e.g. the following one
  • MacStories Unwind: Shortcuts and the Stream Deck, a Tweetbot Update, Lots of Music Recommendations, and a Tech Documentary - MacStories

I think it doesn't make sense to make the TTS plugin play an already existing audio. You should just click the play button.

The general idea of this is to pause reading when an audio file is in the note, play it, then continue with the reading.
