v6.2.0 not reporting "missing positions report"

Hello,

Tb-profiler version v6.2.0 is not reporting "missing positions report" data in the .txt output (default settings). The data is generated in the .json file but in the .txt is transcribed as "None".

Looks like you found a bug here, can you send me also the command you ran to generate this result?

I am using the following command:
tb-profiler profile -1 ERR2864242_1.fastq.gz -2 ERR2864242_2.fastq.gz --txt --platform illumina --prefix ERR2864242 --dir ERR2864242/

Using the reformat module also gives the same output in the .txt file:
tb-profiler reformat --txt results/ERR2864242.results.json
