Question about source of tbdb.spoligotype_list.csv #341

I was wondering what the source of the reference file for spoligotyping "tbdb.spoligotype_list.csv" is and how it is generated? It seems to be from SITVIT2 given the lineage column with the same name, but I haven't been able to track down an exact source file?

Hi @RikkeMLarsen

Yes the data is indeed from SITVIT2 and ahe data was given by by the developers.
