Remote File Support

Create a Remote file struct that implements the Media interface and can support files from URLs in something like Google Store or Digital Ocean spaces.

Moving this issue to the Nice to Have milestone as the focus of the Feature Complete milestone is local first. Radio streams and podcast feeds were easy wins. This feature hopefully implements an abstract enough interface that any S3 compatible storage will work.
