Scheduler Does Not Continue After Podcast

After a podcast plays, the scheduler does not move on to the next program in the list. The play functionality is similar to web_radio and might just need to be wrapped in similar functionality for that media type.

Podcast streams behave a little differently than web radio. Where web radio works with a countdown until the next time slot, podcasts will need a function that gets the duration from episode metadata begin a countdown. When that is over, send a wg.Done signal.
