how to edit "To" time of working items? #23

On working items, I can see how to edit the "From" but I can't find how to edit the "To" time. Any special reason?

While the item is active, the To-time is managed by Whid and basically always at the current time.
I could allow the user to override, but that would disable the time-tracking for that item.
