Installed the package, but it is not seen under the Preferences -> Package Settings

Hello,
I've installed the SublimeLinter-contrib-modelsim package, but I don't see it under the Preferences -> Package Settings, only SublimeLinter there... Is this normal? How can I change the settings of the SublimeLinter-contrib-modelsim package?
Why do I need the SublimeLinter-contrib-modelsim package for the Modelsim linting? Would it not work with just the SublimeLinter package? Anyway, all the settings for the vlog and vcom location I did in the SublimeLinter package settings. As I already mentioned, the SublimeLinter-contrib-modelsim doesn't appear under the Preferences -> Package Settings.
