问题描述
在“自定义内容”中使用了BUILD_NUMBER的变量，大部分情况下发送消息正常，但偶发有消息中BUILD_NUMBER不正确的问题。初步排查是有多个job任务碰巧同时发送消息，造成BUILD_NUMBER混乱。
