Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a freestyle job
  2. Enter lol into the Build periodically schedule
  3. Press "Apply"

I guess the plan is to get rid of YUI panels in the first place, so theme support for them is not needed.
https://github.com/search?q=org%3Ajenkinsci%20YAHOO.widget.Panel&type=code suggests that these need updating

... and these can be probably ignoreed
