Interesting, I was testing this yesterday on weekly.ci, which has the following plugins installed: https://github.com/jenkins-infra/docker-jenkins-weekly/blob/main/plugins-weekly.ci.jenkins.io.txt, running on 2.461, as defined in the repository's docker image.

I am using chrome, version 125.0.6422.142, on macOS 14.5, if that helps.

Also tested with current Jenkins HEAD (2.462-SNAPSHOT)
dark-theme 479.v661b_1b_911c01

Can you inspect what the browser selects as color.

Is maybe the root[data-theme=dark] missing in that combination,

I'm on windows, with chrome (dark mode) and Jenkins Dark (System)
