Inconsistent transaction numbers in the transaction log

Transaction numbers are changed in the transaction table after new transactions have been processed. It might be better to have the very first transaction be listed as transaction number 1, and any subsequent transaction is incremented by 1.

If you and a colleague are referring to transactions by their numbers, and your colleague loaded the page after some transactions have come through with respect to when you loaded the page, then you could be referring to different transactions mistakenly given the same number.
