Show next episode in a popup when detecting outro media segment

Problem description

This FR is the continuity of this one #3588.
I understand that when outro media segment is detected it is possible to skip it and land on the next episode page with "cancel" and "watch now" buttons.

But it could be interesting to propose it directly when outro is detected, in the bottom on the screen, like a popup: with this you can continue watching credits, if you want, but at any time during credits, you can select "watch next episode".
