I follow how to add local video as it described. when i click the folder icon, it opens vscode instead of file path or something. please enlighten me how to add a video to hidamari local video. or can i just edit the config file. if so, how can i do that. thanks

That's weird. I believe you are using the Flatpak version, but the file manager didn't launch properly for some reason.
Hidamari scans for video files at ~/Videos/Hidamari, so you should put your video files there.
