What video are you trying to retrieve, what version of YTDL you are using, what results you get, what you expect to get, etc?

No 3gp format.. It has been like dat for weeks now

I can confirm I don't get a 3GP link either. Looking at the videoinfo YTDL retrieves, I don't see the 3GP format: http://www.youtube.com/get_video_info?&video_id=RB3bRk79DU8

Looking at some other services, most don't surface 3GP, but this one does:
https://video.genyoutube.net/RB3bRk79DU8

Not sure if that means they are recreating that format?
