I am facing following fatal error while integrating this package.

Can the machine on which you are running YTD access youtube via curl? Can you try from command line with wget or similar?

What's you're getting is a connection error from curl - see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/10285700/curl-error-recv-failure-connection-reset-by-peer-php-curl
