Reading information on streaming content is disabled on exe and app packages

Since the packaging is done with pyinstaller, youtube-dl is not included as a third-party package because it is not yet possible for me (at least not easy) to make updates within a freezed application.

For now this feature is disabled and I'm not sure yet whether to continue using the youtube-dl executables (youtube-dl.exe for Windows) or include the youtube-dl package.
