这个功能解决了什么问题？

能不能用InfiniteLoading和BackTop组件做一个实例放到文档，现在的情况要么是BackTop可以使用的时候InfiniteLoading的loadMore不起作用，要么是InfiniteLoading的loadMore起作用的时候，BackTop直接不显示了

你期望的组件设计是怎样的？

用InfiniteLoading、Cell和BackTop组件做一个可以上拉加载、下拉刷新，回到顶部的实例放到文档，现在的情况要么是BackTop可以使用的时候InfiniteLoading的loadMore不起作用，要么是InfiniteLoading的loadMore起作用的时候，BackTop直接不显示了
