I have printed your latest STLs for the Kossel printer.
The design is elegant. I think you are really on to something.
Might I recommend a version of the end effector without nut traps? It is my opinion that nut traps in this situation requires that the printer making the Kossel parts be very well calibrated.
I suggest that the nut traps be removed and the use of M3 nylock nuts be implemented instead.
This may help enable "less capable" RepStraps etc. to create useable printed Kossel parts; and ultimately increase the popularity of the design.
